You will need to effectively manage and grow turnover within a defined region incorporating Northern Home Counties and North & West London. To work closely with colleagues across the region and the wider UK team. Leveraging relationships, specifications, and opportunities to incrementally grow our sales turnover. Increase demand, identify and deliver sales growth in line with company supplied targets and strengthen the brand within the industry. The product ranges include above ground drainage, water supply systems, advantage fabrication systems and all associated building services products/services. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Responsibility to deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team Liaising with all key stake holders on new projects, while documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities Minimum expectation of meeting sales targets on all product segments Effective and forward diary planning Managing Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms Providing first line technical dialogue and information to your selected customer base Liaising with clients and dealing with objections Dealing with all incoming enquiries quickly and providing excellent customer service to our customers Identifying incremental growth opportunities Representing and supporting the business at various social and brand awareness events Site Assistance and technical training Own the delivery and supply of your projects by supporting our operational departments
