I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, well-established distribution team in Avonmouth.
In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, taking and processing orders via phone and email, and delivering outstanding customer service. If you have experience in a business-to-business environment or you have worked in a customer service or telephone/email sales role, full training and ongoing development are provided.
Main Duties
1. Customer Assistance: Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources.
3. Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, handle cancellations/modifications, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
4. Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our product range to confidently assist customers.
5. Up-Selling: Spot opportunities to promote complementary products that add value for customers.
6. Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Skills
1. 1+ year of sales or customer service experience required
2. Experience in sales (preferred)
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. A proactive, customer-first attitude
5. Ability to commute to Avonmouth
