A motivated and adaptable Cover Supervisor is required to support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects in a busy and dynamic secondary school environment. Duties as a Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided Maintain a calm and orderly classroom environment Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies Provide feedback to the appropriate teacher regarding student progress and conduct Ideal Cover Supervisor: Experience working with secondary-aged students (11–16 years), either in education, youth work, or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Cover Supervisor.
