Location: Sites across the South East (HQ in Sussex)

Salary: From £45,000 DOE
Hunters’ client is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support operations across multiple sites in the South East.
This is a hands-on, site-focused role requiring travel, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Health & Safety Advisor - The Role
Provide H&S support across sites, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
Conduct site inspections and audits, recording non-conformances and supporting their resolution
Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Monitor legislative changes and improvement actions, ensuring effective implementation Health & Safety Advisor - The Fit
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of H&S legislation
Experience working with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems
Background in construction environments, ideally including work on or near water
Strong report writing, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card What’s on Offer
