Company Overview:
My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City.
* Salary GBP47,000 : GBP50,000
* Static Site : Commercial building in the City of London
* Monday : Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings and weekend)
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
* Generators
* Air Conditioning Units
* BMS lighting systems
* Sprinkler systems
* VRVs
* Plant rooms
* Ahus
* Reactive maintenance
Requirements:
* NVQ / C and G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
* 17th/18th edition
* Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
