About the role

Are you highly organised, detail focused and passionate about delivering excellent service behind the scenes? We’re recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join our Property Solutions and Workplace Experience team at our Head Office in Skipton. In this varied, people facing role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our workplace operates smoothly, safely and efficiently for colleagues, visitors and members. Acting as a first point of contact for health and safety, facilities and property related queries, you’ll provide professional, friendly administrative support while also working flexibly with our reception team to deliver a welcoming front of house experience. Adaptable and responsive, you’ll confidently prioritise tasks and support the team as day to day needs change.

What Will You Be Doing?

* Act as the first point of contact for facilities management queries, including cleaning, catering, front of house coordination, services and security
* Provide administrative support to the Premises team, including phone line coverage when required and escalation of more complex issues
* Handle data entry and accurate record keeping, including utilities, invoices, landlord documentation and facilities records
* Process payments and invoices, track approvals and respond to payment enquiries from suppliers, landlords and councils
* Ensure compliance with security procedures, contractor documentation and access pass management
* Support car parking, access control and security system administration, including maintaining data quality
* Assist with fleet management, including pool car bookings, colleague checks, EV portal administration and scheduled maintenance
* Support the team with reporting and data preparation for Workplace Experience and Property Solutions


What Do We Need From You?

* Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
* A passion for delivering great customer service to colleagues, visitors and external partners
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
* The ability to organise, prioritise and manage a varied workload
* A collaborative, proactive approach with a one‑team mindset
* A willingness to adapt and support a broad range of activities
* Ability to be brave and use own initiative with a drive for self-improvement
* You’ll also role model Skipton’s values and behaviours by being accountable, curious, collaborative and brave in everything you do
