In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting young people as they take steps toward independence. You'll build positive, professional relationships, help create a welcoming community atmosphere, and guide individuals as they work towards the goals that matter most to them.Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of supported accommodation, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort.
* Manage a caseload, providing structured support planning and guidance.
* Support young people with housing-related tasks, including communication with local Housing Options teams.
o Support young people to build confidence, sustain volunteering or employment, and maintain future tenancies.
o Provide guidance on independent living, finances, relationships, and life skills.
Who we are looking for
* Motivated, Compassionate and Experience Support Worker
* A driving licence would be essential.
* Able to commit to full-time work Monday-Friday
