What will you be doing?
* Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
* Building strong tenant and landlord relationships, handling issues promptly
* Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with Scottish property laws
* Preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and managing expenses
* Leading and mentoring a small property management team
What do you need?
* At least 3 years’ property management experience, including 2 years in a senior or leadership role
* Solid understanding of leases, budgeting, and property compliance in Scotland
* Proficiency in property management software (SME, Fixflow, Inventorybase)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Ability to commute to EH10 4ER and UK work authorisation
