Café Team Leader Daytime Only
Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Team Leader to join our friendly front-of-house team.
What we offer:
£26,000 per annum
£6,000£8,000 service charge plus cash tips
Daytime hours only no evenings
5 days per week (includes weekends and some public holidays)

The role:
Leading the café team during daily service
Delivering warm, friendly customer service
Supervising staff and supporting training
Ensuring smooth operations and high standards
Handling opening/closing duties and daily organisation
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role (café or hospitality)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a busy daytime service environment
