About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised administrator to support the implementation of Lancaster University’s Curriculum Transformation Programme.
Working within Student and Education Services, you will ensure the accuracy of programme and module records, coordinate module enrolment processes, manage and support student queries, support digital readiness (ASK, Moodle, LUMES), and provide data analysis to inform delivery planning. You will collaborate with colleagues across faculties and central services and supervise an Administration Assistant.
About You
You will be a strong communicator, able to coordinate and collaborate across teams to achieve objectives. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to programme and module data.
This is a fixed-term appointment for 6 months
