We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in used car sales. Hours Monday 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday 9:00am-5:30pm Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm Thursday 9:00am-8:00pm Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Saturday 9:00 4:00pm Please note this role will have a day off during the week. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally Ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock, features, and market trends Requirements Proven experience in used car sales Excellent communication and customer service abilities Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary with commission (£50K OTE) Company car Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and energetic team environment
