You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task.Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.Create a Winning Team Culture: Lead the induction process for all new employees, and provide ongoing training and support for both staff and contractors.
