An exciting opportunity has arisen within Interventional Radiology. The role involves administrative and clerical support to the fluoroscopy & Interventional Radiology Suite, ensuring efficient flow of scheduled and emergency lists with the ultimate aim of effective and timely patient care.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the fluoroscopy & Interventional Radiology Suite, ensuring efficient flow of scheduled and emergency lists.
* Ensure the effective organization of all patients under the care of our consultants in accordance with Local and National policy and targets.
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of an efficient office management system and procedures to enable the Department to optimize its standards of service.
* Deal with all telephone calls, ensuring all calls are handled in a polite, pleasant and professional manner.
* Maintain high quality standards by ensuring that the data entered onto Trust systems is accurate, complete and up to date. Systems include EPR Revenue Cycle, E-Referrals, Powerchart, Capman and Appointment book.
