Responsibilities / Role summary
We are recruiting to a Business Support Officer role in the Legal Department at Norfolk County Council. You will support administrative and organisational tasks within the Legal Department. This role will initially be for 22 months, with the potential to become permanent if you excel.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum GCSE grade 4 or above (or O’ Level grade C or above, or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Legal knowledge and experience is useful, though not mandatory.
* You must be a logical thinker with a methodical approach to work.
* Current intermediate to advanced administrative and technology systems experience in a professional environment.
* Excellent communication skills demonstrating ability to act, think, speak, and write clearly and intelligently.
* You must think proactively and value your own personal reputation as part of the team.
* Reliability on a day-to-day basis and willingness to work at County Hall in an office setting (not hybrid/remote for this role).

* Friday 26 September – final interview via Microsoft Teams (allow 45–60 mins)
