About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will lead small, structured classes, planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your pupils. You will work closely with specialist staff and support colleagues to ensure every child achieves their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Pupils may present with: Autism and other neurodivergent profiles Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs ADHD and associated behavioural challenges Communication and interaction difficulties Learning difficulties and gaps in education due to disrupted schooling Our client places strong emphasis on relationships, structure, and emotional wellbeing.
