We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our vibrant team at Natalie's Beauty & Training in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and design, coupled with exceptional customer service skills. You'll be working under our brand, with hours assigned by us, while maintaining your status as a self-employed professional.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, builder gel, and nail extensions
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services
* Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services
* Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered
* Actively contribute to salon visibility by posting on social media to showcase your work within our business
* Support the growth of the salon by helping to build and retain a strong client base
About the Role
* Self-employed position working under the Natalie's Beauty & Training brand
* Minimum 8 hours per week, with hours assigned by us
* £12.71 per hour
* You'll be responsible for your own insurance and tax arrangements
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the nail industry
* Skilled in gel polish, builder gel, and nail extensions
* Excellent timing and efficiency with treatments
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients
* Excellent communication skills.
* A passion for beauty, along with a keen eye for detail
