About the Role
We are looking for flexible administrators to join our growing team at the Integrated Care Coordination Hub in Abel Smith House, Stevenage. Full‑time positions run in shifts of 8 am to 4 pm and 9 pm to 5 pm on alternate weeks.
Responsibilities
* Answer patient calls and direct referrals to the appropriate clinical team.
* Enter referral data into the Patient Administration System.
* Process written referrals and other administration tasks.
* Deal with enquiries from patients, relatives and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded in our clinical system database.
* Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
* Collaborate with hub triage teams and local service teams to deliver efficient patient care.
* Escalate issues and share information appropriately.
* Identify innovative ways of working.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.
* High level of computer and telephone discipline.
* Experience or enthusiasm for working as part of a busy administrative team.
