Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting young people across a range of settings, including classroom environments, structured educational activities, and off-site experiences.
This role is focused on supporting young people to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills through both physical and emotional support. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment while acting as a positive role model.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality care and support to young people
Supporting participation in educational and daily living activities
Promoting independence and personal development
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment at all times
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the wellbeing of all young people
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8:00am 8:00pm)
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday (8:00am 8:00pm)
Requirements
Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively within xsngvjr a team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
