Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Company Overview:
Time Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive to join a respected legal firm specialising in motor claims. This role involves managing both pre-litigated and litigated RTA cases from inception to settlement, with a particular focus on subrogation and credit hire for high-net-worth clients and insurers.
Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for your own caseload of RTA claims and associated special damages, working closely with internal and external specialists to achieve timely and high-quality settlements. The role requires a proactive approach to recovery, including litigation where necessary.
Key Accountabilities:
8. Handling pre-litigated motor claims
9. Litigating claims when appropriate to secure recovery
10. Managing uninsured loss recovery and subrogation
11. Liaising with insurers and credit hire companies
12. Maintaining high standards of client care for high-net-worth individuals
13. Ensuring compliance with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
Person Specification:
We're looking for a confident and capable legal professional with a strong background in motor litigation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
14. Minimum 3 years' experience in motor litigation from a claimant background (insurer experience preferred)
15. Strong knowledge of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols and litigation procedures
16. Working knowledge of credit hire and subrogation
17. Motor claims experience essential; public liability experience advantageous
18. Proficient in using Proclaim case management system
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
20. Professional telephone manner
21. Self-motivated with strong initiative
22. Collaborative team player
23. Confident in managing own caseload independently
