Job Description:
As an Project and Operations Coordinator, you will:
* Take a key role in supporting both office administration and project delivery.
* You’ll work closely with engineers and management to ensure projects run smoothly — from initiation through completion.
* The Project and Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day activities such as coordinating schedules, tracking budgets, managing documentation, and maintaining communication between suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
* You’ll also support office functions, ensuring all administrative processes are efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating project tasks, materials, and documentation.
* Preparing costings, purchase orders, delivery records, and progress reports.
* Assisting with quotations, invoices, and financial tracking.
* Managing correspondence, filing systems, and general office duties.
* Monitoring project budgets and producing reports using Excel.
* Supporting the director and engineering team with scheduling and communication.
* Contributing to health & safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
This is a varied, hands-on role where attention to detail and initiative are key. The Project and Operations Coordinator will ensure that all projects are supported efficiently and that the office operates seamlessly.
Skills & Experience:
