Our client is seeking a motivated full-time Account Manager/Account Handler to serve as the liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams. This role is not sales-focused; it involves ensuring timely delivery of work according to expectations and briefs, including writing briefs.
It is essential that you can build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients. You should be energetic, personable, and a good listener.
Teamwork is important, and you will collaborate with design and support teams. You should enjoy working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Delivering client satisfaction is vital, so understanding client needs is crucial.
