As a1:1 Teaching Assistant (TA),you will work closely with individual students, tailoring your support to their unique learning needs and helping them overcome challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Provide focused, one-on-one support to students, ensuring they receive the attention they need to succeed.
* Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual student's learning style.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where the student feels valued and supported.
* Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to boost their confidence and motivation.
* Support the student during break times and extracurricular activities, promoting social skills and interactions.
* Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment conducive to personal and academic growth.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a1:1 Teaching Assistantor in a similar role is desirable.
* SEN experience is required.
* Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and effective support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
