You'll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload while playing a key role in building and developing the department. Working in a supportive environment known for clear communication and high standards, you'll deliver a reliable, client-focused service across every transaction.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Handling residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
* Building and developing the residential property department, including processes and workflows
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress
* Drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and maintaining compliance standards
We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential property experience
* Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
* Interest or experience in developing or leading a team or department
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
