As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers from first enquiry to after-sales care, answer questions via phone, email, and chat, and ensure every interaction is professional and positive.

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries and guide them through online orders
* Process orders, payments, returns, and refunds accurately

Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or sales (all motivated candidates considered)
* Friendly, calm, and confident approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable using computers and online systems
* Flexible to work occasional weekends
Working Pattern:
Full-time (40 hours over five days). Flexible schedule may include one full weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday), two Saturdays, or two Sundays, with time off during the week. Patterns can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
