Job Title: EU Consumer Insights Manager\nLocation: Paddington / Hybrid\nContract: 6-month contract\nRandstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Mars for an experienced EU Consumer Insights Manager to lead the transformation of consumer reporting and insights across Europe. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic thinker who can turn complex consumer data into actionable insights that drive confident commercial decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Own and continuously improve EU consumer reporting, ensuring it enables clear, actionable insights for commercial and category teams.\n * Act as regional owner of SPRINT or SPRINT-like reporting platforms, enhancing usability, visualisation, and insight relevance.\n * Lead improvements to reporting cadence, dashboards, and visual storytelling across up to 17 EU markets.\n * Serve as the first point of contact for reporting interpretation, troubleshooting, and adoption challenges.\n * Deliver training and capability-building programmes to empower teams to self-serve insights effectively.\n * Manage the EU consumer data landscape, including Nielsen/NIQ, Kantar, ePOS, digital, and panel sources.\n * Act as single point of contact for external insight suppliers, overseeing delivery, performance, and contract optimisation.\n * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, harmonisation, and cost-effectiveness across EU markets.\n * Map data coverage, identify gaps...
