HV Auto Electrician

To ensure the structural and visual integrity of vehicle bodies by identifying and repairing dents, peaks, and surface irregularities in the Body-in-White (BIW) stage of production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and repairing broken cables (cockpit cable, airbag cable, HVAC sensors, SRS unit, OBD connector, etc.).
* Checking electronic modules
* Repairing/replacing damaged connectors (connectors), wiring, and ground connections
* Correct handling of high voltage (safety procedures, insulation testing).
* Diagnosing and repairing HV battery mounts and cables (HV bolt NOK, incorrectly installed ground cables, pinched cables)
Skills & Qualifications:
* Grade 3/Level 3 EV/hybrid certified technician
* Experience in diagnosing and repairing High voltage battery and cables
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, willingness to learn, great hands-eye coordination and ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment
* Good experience in automotive work environment

Pay: £24.00 per hour
