Bank Female Support Worker
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to assist an individual with diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Bank Female Support Worker
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to assist an individual with diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
Pay rate: £14.18 per hour
Shifts: BANK WORK ONLY on 12-hour shifts of 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm - 8:00am but mainly working night shifts with some day cover.
We do have Part time and full time hours available for this package of care on a different advert.
About Them: They enjoy engaging in creative and social activities, including:
* Dance classes and musicals
* Arts and crafts
* Singing and swimming
* Dog walking
* Shopping and socializing at friends’ houses or coffee shops
Key Responsibilities Include
* Providing 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
* Prompting medication and ensuring it is taken safely and on time
* Offering support in the community to attend activities such as social outings, appointments, or leisure interests
* Encouraging and prompting personal hygiene and daily routines
* Using distraction techniques to help prevent or de-escalate challenging behaviours
* Supporting the individual in looking after their pet dog, Diesal, including feeding, walking, and companionship
Key Requirements
* Must be female and have a valid driver’s license.
* Must be confident working alone
* Experience in mental health support, particularly with self-harm, is highly preferable.
* Experience in Autism/ADHD/Challenging behaviour is beneficial
* Be able to work 24 hours per week
