As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless service access, guiding referrals to partner agencies, and providing emergency responses during critical out-of-hours periods.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of innovative service delivery, supporting senior managers in developing and embedding new approaches, including the implementation of the early support hub.
The position involves a flexible rolling shift pattern from 8 am to midnight, including weekends and holidays, with unsocial hours payments in accordance with Council policies.
Requirements include a valid Social Work England registration, a recognized social worker qualification, up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, management/supervision qualifications (Level 4), and at least two years of relevant experience or training.
