Your new role
1. Preparing periodic financial statements and supporting NAV, valuation, and performance reporting
2. Maintaining fund ledgers, capital accounts, and accurate books and records, including investor reporting materials
3. Overseeing investment activity, ensuring correct transaction booking, and monitoringmitments, drawdowns, and funding notices
4. Assisting with audits, regulatory reporting, and preparation of information for tax advisers
5. Strengthening internal controls, improving processes and systems, and supporting cashflow management
6. Bringing strong analytical ability, a professional accounting qualification, and 2–4 years’ relevant experience, ideally within private equity, credit, or alternative asset classes.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Professionally qualified accountant with 2–4 years’ experience, ideally within private equity, credit, or alternative investments
8. Strong analytical capability with solid understanding of fund structures, partnership accounting, and valuation concepts
9. Advantageous experience includes working with institutional fund vehicles and alternative asset valuation
10. Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and confident engaging with stakeholders
11. Proactive, solutions focused, andfortable taking ownership in a fast paced environment
