Chef de Partie - Immediate Start!
Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join our team, supporting a variety of clients across sectors including education, healthcare, and commercial catering. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have a strong eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on location)
Hours: Monday to Sunday - Varied shifts and hours based on client needs
Contract Type: Ongoing temporary
DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS - required for some clients.
Certification: Food Safety Level 2 required for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with client specifications
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Managing a specific section of the kitchen efficiently
* Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
* Assisting with stock control and inventory management
* Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Food Safety Level 2 certificate (essential)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different kitchen environments
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
