You will be supporting the Director(s) of Product in delivering value to customers by taking on the operational tasks needed to ensure smooth delivery of new products and features. This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work at least 2 days a week in the Cambridge office. What will I be doing: Working closely with developers and technical leads to stay up to date with the latest product features and fixes, Proactively testing new features ahead of release and providing feedback to the engineering team, Assisting in release planning and administration efforts, understanding product priorities and ensuring relevant work is progressing, Liaising with the Product Marketing team on the latest updates and messaging, Assisting in the creation and delivery of product enablement materials.
