The role
This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while providing high-level support to two senior leaders.. The Production Director leads the safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects across multiple sites, while the Land & Development Director oversees land acquisition and development, including planning, design, and stakeholder engagement.
The environment is fast paced and varied, requiring the confidence to switch between practical, hands-on support and managing complex diaries and frequently changing meeting schedules. A positive, flexible approach to shifting priorities is essential.
Executive & Board Support
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-ups.
* Work closely with the Chairman’s EA to support Executive Board activities.
* Provide refreshments and practical support for meetings as required.
Business Communication & Coordination
* Support inbox management, draft correspondence, and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation.
PA & Administrative Support
* Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and general correspondence.
* Arrange travel and submit expenses for both Directors.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Provide agreed personal or practical support as needed.
Land & Design Team Support
* Provide day-to-day and ad-hoc administrative support.
* Collate, print, and bind Land Packs and other documentation.
* Raise purchase orders as required.
Events, Hospitality & Foundation Support
* Organise team events, client entertaining, corporate hospitality, and planning exhibitions.
* Support business-wide events, seasonal celebrations, and staff updates.
* Assist with Berkeley Group Foundation initiatives, including charitable activities, fundraising, and reporting.
Reception & Ad-hoc Support
* Provide occasional reception cover as required.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and flexible, comfortable moving between administrative tasks, diary management, and practical support duties.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
* Discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Positive attitude and a collaborative approach, taking pride in contributing to the wider team’s success.
Experience required
* Strong experience providing PA support to senior-level executives, with the ability to manage priorities, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships.
* Industry experience in construction is helpful but not essential, as full role support will be provided.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
