We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team player to provide a safe and efficient driving support service. Broadway Academy is a high performing academy in north Birmingham. The Role To support the Academy by driving our 7-seater SUV or minibus on various student transport-related activities, including: Transporting small groups of students between the Academy sites (Birmingham and Worcester) Transporting students to college visits and educational trips Carrying out vehicle safety checks, cleaning and general maintenance of the school 7-seater SUV and minibus Requirements for the post To complete a D1 Driving Assessment and MIDAS minibus training qualification if not currently held A clean, full UK driving licence First Aid and/or Health and Safety qualification would be desirable Experience of basic vehicle maintenance Experience of motorway driving Reasonable availability during the working week Why you should join us You will get a real opportunity to make a difference within a school which encourages students and staff to be aspirational.
