An excellent opportunity for a self‑starting BDM to join a well‑established, highly respected manufacturer with ambitious growth plans.
Following strong success over the last two years, this role focuses on new business development across the UK, alongside a small inherited account base. You'll sell a specialist range of automotive chemical products into dealerships, garages, retailers, and distributors, using a consultative, value‑led sales approach.
This is a high‑autonomy role with no rigid KPIs-using phone outreach, campaigns, video and face‑to‑face meetings to open doors and build multi‑stakeholder relationships, from site level through to senior procurement and board.
Hybrid working with weekly office time in Derbyshire, national travel and overnight stays.

Package: £30-35k basic + £7k OTE, £3,600 tax‑free EOT bonus, £5,700 car allowance, rising holiday allowance + birthday off.
