An opportunity has been created by this charitable organisation for a Business Support Administrator. The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience in a business support role. The job involves providing efficient and reliable administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
* Support diary management, meetings, and minute taking where required
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and teams as required
* Answer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries or directing them appropriately
* Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary
* Prepare correspondence and reports
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience working in an office environment
* Minimum 12 months experience in a business support role essential, ideally 2 years plus
* Applicants must have Minimum 3 GCSE’s grades A - C to include English and Maths or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in a small or fast-paced business environment
