Job Description
Have a big smile that will light up each client’s face, be prepared to think on your feet, and enjoy spending time with clients, sharing stories and helping them with daily tasks. You will cook simple meals, offer companionship, assist with medication reminders, and provide emotional support. Timekeeping is crucial: arrive on time, listen attentively, and give each client the care they deserve.
Experience with memory care is welcome: help clients revisit their past by exploring photo albums and reminiscing. Patience, a sense of humor, and a friendly nature are essential.
Qualifications
Having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for visiting clients and assisting them in getting out and about in the community.
