Hybrid Key Account Manager in Birmingham
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager in Birmingham to join a successful and growing maintenance services company. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic role, building strong client relationships and driving sales across the fire and security sector.
đź“Ť Location: Birmingham (hybrid working, must live within commuting distance of central Birmingham)
💷 Salary: £40, – £50, per annum + excellent commission structure + benefits
⏰ Working Hours: 9-day working fortnight
đź“Ś Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, manage and convert your own sales pipeline across unrestricted industries and regions
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support
3. Promote and sell maintenance services and project solutions within the fire and security sector
4. Provide tailored service and project proposals, including design and solution-based selling
5. Work closely with the Group Sales Director to align strategy and performance
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for long-term growth
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Proven experience in Key Account Management within the fire and security industry
8. Strong track record of relationship management and client acquisition
9. Confident in service and project-based selling and design
10. High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently
11. Excellent organisation and time-management skills
12. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
13. Experience in product and service development is advantageous
