Overview

Sales Administrator

£25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Basildon, Essex

Permanent, full-time

Are you an organised, motivated individual with a passion for supporting sales success?

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support & Administrator to join a growing UK sales team.


Responsibilities

* Gather and follow up on sales leads via phone and email
* Liaise with field sales executives on warm leads
* Assist with reporting, database management & statistics
* Record all sales activities in CRM systems
* Cold-call prospective clients to expand the customer base
* Maintain sales materials and compile monthly reports
* Support with coordination of sales initiatives


About You

* Experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
* Knowledge of logistics is an advantage (training provided)
