2–3 experienced Full-Stack Engineers
to join their founding team during a pivotal growth phase. This company has built a technically robust platform that's already trusted by a rapidly growing customer base, including a newly signed enterprise client that's unlocking exciting scaling opportunities.

The Role
You'll be a
hands-on Full-Stack Engineer
working closely with the CTO and other senior engineers, contributing across the stack—from backend services to web apps and core infrastructure.
Your role will be autonomous and impactful, contributing not only to architecture and feature delivery, but also to customer success and platform reliability. As the team grows, you'll have opportunities to shape both the product and engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain scalable cloud services and web applications
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and customer success teams
* Respond to real-world usage and performance needs from customers
* Contribute to technical direction and mentor new hires as the team scales
* Participate in the on-call rota (currently "best efforts" with plans to formalise)
Tech Stack
* Primary:
Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes (on GCP & AWS)
* Also in Use:
C#, Svelte, Temporal
* Dev Environment:
Linux
* A willingness to pick up new technologies is more important than expertise in all areas

You'll Excel in This Role If You Have:
* 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience
* Experience building and operating large-scale cloud systems or complex services
* A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
* The ability to balance engineering best practices with fast-paced product delivery
* A customer-centric mindset and motivation to deliver real-world impact
* Prior experience (or comfort) in a start-up or scale-up environment
* Enthusiasm for using AI-assisted development tools
* A proactive, personable, and collaborative attitude
Working Environment
* Hybrid UK-based candidates only)
* In-person collaboration at a soon-to-open
Cambridge office
* Average of 2 days/week expected in the office, but flexibility offered
