The role will involve:

2. Ensuring accounts are running at a profitable margin and being responsible for profitability and added value.
3. Building on current ranges already sold and obtaining increased listings.
4. Ensuring range proposals are presented to customers in time to meet their buying schedules.
5. Promotional Planning for Sales Agents with emphasis on achieving pre-determined results.
6. Monitoring the performance of the field sales agents.
7. Setting realistic sales and margin targets that will meet the Company's sales and margin aspirations.
8. Liasing with purchasing and logistics on customer requirements.
9. Keeping abreast of competitor activity including products and pricing.
10. Attendance at exhibitions and trade fairs.
