Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
* Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Perform assembly of plumbing components and systems as required.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to complete projects effectively.
* Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience
* Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is essential.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
* Familiarity with basic mathematics for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
* Experience in carpentry is an advantage but not mandatory.
