Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tenterden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly those with additional needs.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Help pupils develop social skills and emotional resilience
Encourage independence and confidence in the classroom
Support with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Experience working with children (school-based or similar settings)
A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
A genuine passion for supporting young learners
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
