Job Description
The Financial Controller will lead the day‑to‑day finance function, ensuring accurate technical accounting across stock, costing, cash flow and monthly reporting, while maintaining strong financial controls in a manufacturing environment. They will work closely with the FD/CFO to support scale‑up activities, partner with operational teams across both sites, and help build the financial infrastructure needed for rapid growth, with a view to stepping into a future FD role.
The Successful Applicant
3. Proven expertise in accounting and finance within the Manufacturing industry.
4. ACA/ ACCA or CIMA qualified.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
7. The ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
