Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end supply planning, including purchase requisitions, planned orders, and all external/intercompany purchase orders.
2. Monitor and control inbound supply performance by tracking confirmations, delivery dates, delays, EDI flows, and supplier reliability.
3. Optimise inventory levels through regular OOS/low-stock reviews, safety stock assessments, SLOB management, and month-end analysis.
4. Coordinate co-packing, imports, and container planning to ensure timely availability and efficient stock flow.
5. Support demand planning processes, including IBP forecasting, maintaining forecast master data, contributing to S&OP, and monitoring forecast accuracy (SFD, bias, stability).
Additional Responsibilities
6. Maintain and update planning master data including supply parameters (lead-times, lot sizes, MOQ, rounding values) and forecast-related settings to ensure accurate replenishment and demand modelling.
7. Manage product lifecycle actions, including phase‑in/phase‑out execution, kill‑list updates, and transitions affecting supply and forecast stability.
8. Drive continuous improvement of supply and forecast KPIs, such as CSL, SSL, ICSL, supplier OTIF, SFD, bias and demand accuracy.
9. Manage master data and product configuration, including product setups, info records, source lists, transport cost updates, BOM changes, and ensuring data consistency for both supply and demand planning.
10. Collaborate across logistics, suppliers and commercial teams

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
14. Previous proven experience in a similar role being responsible for Supply chain or Demand planning
15. Experience working in B2B environment
16. Experience of international suppliers both European and Far east.
Specific knowledge
17. Understanding of supply chain master data terms (MOQ, Lot Sizes, BOMs)
18. Microsoft Office advanced skills. – Excel Mastery
19. Experience with ERP Systems - SAP
20. Working knowledge of forecasting systems - IBP
