This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent administration skills to join our successful Bid and Tenders team. We are looking for a skilled administrator to provide a high level of support to our Tenders team in the renewal of existing business and winning new business.
The key tasks of a Bid Administrator at phs group:
1. Ensuring Bid Team core documents are always up to date
2. To maintain the bid library
3. Completing Supplier Questionnaires and Pre- Qualification Questionnaires
4. To review incoming potential opportunities, highlighting those that may be relevant and sharing with the relevant sales leads
5. To maintain the register of wins/losses and client feedback
6. Support the Head of Tenders with the creation of bespoke reports
It is not essential to have previous bidding experience as we will provide full training but to be a successful Bid Administrator at phs Group, you’ll need:
7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
8. Good IT skills
9. Great attention to detail and accuracy
10. Confident and professional attitude
11. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
