With a data-led approach and a strong commitment to customer outcomes, they’re looking for an Intermediary Account Manager to help expand broker relationships and drive strategic growth.
The Role
You’ll identify and onboard high-potential broker partners, using insight and analytics to prioritise activity and deliver results. The focus is on sustainable, high-quality growth — supported by a collaborative internal team and a forward-thinking leadership group.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage a panel of high-performing brokers
* Use data to guide outreach and refine the sales pipeline
* Work closely with internal teams to support broker success
* Share market feedback to shape product development
* Represent the business at key industry events
