Day to Day:
Working with a public sector contractor. We are looking for an experienced QS to work within a busy repairs and maintenance contractor, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West. Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.
* Full QS resonsibility accross multiple contracts
* Estimating cost of projects
* Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
* Liaising with site teams to keep projects on track
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
* Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS
* Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.
* Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
* Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
