A UK-based solutions provider is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer & Sales Support of their logistics clients on a permanent basis. This hands-on role combines customer service, data analysis, and platform support. You'll work with clients across the logistics sector, supporting onboarding, training, and go-live activities both remotely and on-site. The role is remote with travel expected when required. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via support tickets Prepare and analyse logistics and routing data Benchmark data and create reports (pre- and post-sales) Set up and test mobile applications Prepare project scoping and onboarding documentation Deliver virtual and on-site client training Support customers during go-live periods (flexible hours) Conduct platform testing pre- and post-release What You'll Need: Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred) JIRA experience (preferred) Technical minded Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent written and spoken English Benefits: Company pension Flexible schedule 25 days annual leave Additional benefits disclosed during interview
