The Role
1. Organising and arranging diary appointments for the mortgage adviser
2. Submitting customer applications with various lending institutes
3. Ensuring all documents are prepared and submitted to the lender accordingly
4. Ensuring all applications are taken from submission to offer in a timely manner
5. Preparing of quotations of ancillary products ready for adviser presentation to clients
6. Preparing of suitability reports ready for adviser presentation
The person
Would preferably have an interest in finance.
Have the aptitude to work efficiently, enthusiastically and in a proactive forward thinking manner.
Must be able to organise, manage, and prioritise their workload.
You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to deal with mortgage lenders, clients and their professional connections with regard to their mortgage and ancillary requirements, particularly in the absence of the Mortgage Adviser, both verbally and in person.
You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative.
9-5 Monday to Friday – maybe a requirement for occasional Saturday mornings.
