A media organization is seeking a Marketing Consultant to lead the definition, design, and implementation of a harmonized global customer journey. Sitting within our Marketing Effectiveness function, this role will be a key enabler of our omni-channel transformation strategy, ensuring that both visitors and exhibitors enjoy a consistent, data-driven, and customer-centric experience.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end customer journey framework across our global footprint—driving alignment, enhancing marketing ROI, and improving retention and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey Leadership
* Develop and own the global customer journey framework to harmonize marketing practices across markets and business units.
* Identify and define "moments that matter" for visitors and exhibitors, ensuring consistent experiences and messaging.
* Partner with global and regional marketing teams to embed journey-led thinking into campaign design and execution.
Data Architecture & Insights
* Build clear data journey architecture to support actionable insights and advanced analytics.
* Define how customer journey touchpoints connect to KPIs, including brand equity, visitor value, and exhibitor revenue.
* Identify churn and conversion drop-off points; design win-back strategies and retention programs.
Marketing Effectiveness & Measurement
* Establish consistent global KPIs to measure customer experience, CLTV, and marketing effectiveness.
* Ensure omni-channel campaigns are audience-led, based on customer needs and lifecycle stages.
* Align marketing metrics to demonstrate tangible impact on revenue, retention, and growth.
